Misrepresentation of costs
I hired a car from Europcar over the weekend. This was done online on the Kulula website. Now i have received my invoice and notice that a fee of R99 was added for Document storage. Total DUE for Car Hire was the value i expected to pay. However their is this additional charge for document storage. WHY IS THIS VALUE NOT ADDED TO TOTAL DUE FOR CAR HIRE COSTS??? Beware of this false presentation of total cost on their website.
