Misleading customers

Europcar seems to have a very misleading way of doing business. We booked a vehicle for one of our employees, the booking was made for Sishen airport. When booking was made I still said that he would collect when he landed, not once did they clarify that in fact they do not have a branch at the airport and made me believe that he can collect at the airport at their branch, they way they spoke to me made me absolutely believe that they had a branch directly at the airport. In fact their branch is in Kathu and they whack customers R200 for delivery and collection of the vehicle without making us aware of the fact until we receive the credit card statement, which of course by then it is too late. We did not arrange or discuss vehicle delivery or collection and we did not agree to these fees, had I known that there were these fees charged I would never have booked with them. I feel that they mislead customers by not revealing all pertinent information. I have booked with them a few times in the past for our employees but this is the last time ever I will be using them.
