****ming people off their money

I hired a car at Europcar in East London, King Phalo airport, the guy who inspected the car was Luvuyo of which he didn’t do thorough inspection as I was also helping, pointing out mistakes on tha Kia Picanto, he didn’t check the pumper in the front underneath, so when u returned the car I was told I scratched it, I told the guy that noo, it can’t be because the car was mostly parked and didn’t drive it on bad roads like gravel…he said we will investigate and inform you, I have not heard anything from Europcar and also when I call them line is just ringing, called call centre, they just busy transferring my call from one person to another and no one is willing to assist. What a terrible experience I had with this company and it is just their way of taking my money and I want it back. They must just go back to their records and they will find the scratch n pay back my damn money, if not I will take it up with the Ombuds
