I completed the "Privilege's Club" application to fast track the hire process. When I went to collect the car at CT airport I needed to provide my bank account number (not something I carry in my head) and email address even though they had sent me email confirmation! No explanations as to why this information wasn't required as part of the sign on process? Unimpressed.
