Lying about fuel
I rented a car from EuropeCar at King Shaka on Friday 29th of January and returned if on the Sunday. I fulled the car up having done 134km. I filled up (Full... not even to the auto stop) I did this 10km from the airport 20min before i dropped it off. <br> <br> I then get my invoice and have been charged R117 for fuel! this is impossible, and was clearly done on estimated consumption over km traveled assuming i had not filled up. <br> <br> I have also contacted EuropeCar and had no reply or contact whatsoever. This is ********** and unacceptable. <br> <br> Please rectify this immediately and provide the explanation of how this is allowed to happen. I expect a senior manager from the King Shaka branch to call me.<br> <br> Gareth
