LOST CAMERA in europcar rental.

Europcar rentals hire *******... Till today we don't know what happened to our camera. From their Twitter account, Facebook account, emails, customer care line, OR Tambo branch manager, no one is able to assist us. USELESS!!!! We asked for cctv footage, have not received anything.
