LOST CAMERA
We rented a car with europcar on the 20th December 2019, firstly they gave us a car with a broken back seat, then had to return the car and they gave us another one... Yesterday the 5th January 2020 we returned the car to their OR Tambo branch. We realised we forgot the camera under the seat. Called to ask if theyv kept it safe, they saying they dont find it at lost and found department, they still "going" to ask this person and that person, they will get back to us.... We still waiting.
