Last time I use the *****ed Europcar

I returned my car at King Shaka on Sunday:<br> <br> 1. I returned it with a full tank and was not only charged for fuel but also a refilling fee. Your proof that the tank was empty is the same as me saying it was full<br> <br> 2. The car had an e-tag which somehow worked in Marianhill plaza. I am fine with being charged for the toll but why was I charged VAT on this? If i used my own card i woiuld have just paid the correct amount.<br> <br> But I was forced to use the e-tag.<br> <br> Your company is very underhanded.<br> <br> I would like that I be refunded both the VAT and at least the refilling charge,<br> <br> But regardless I wont use Europcar again. Avis's service and fairness is way better.
