Lack of customer service
<p>Been stranded with a europcar rental vehicle since 08h00 this morning and 6hrs later no respite in sight. Mooketsi and Lerato at the call centre have dismally failed to assist. If I dont call to check on status no one gives feedback. Bheki at Sandton branch has sent me from pillar to post. I have been asked to.drive a broken down vehicle to a nearest branch. Not impressed and still stranded </p> <p> </p>
