L4GM2TX Receiving Staff too busy to notice they didn't receive the key

We hired a car for a day L4GM2TX from OR Tambo

Upon returning the car the key was mistakenly not given back although there was a staff that was there receiving the car. it took them 3 hours to figure out that the keys are not with them, and the we had boarded the flight already Now we must be charged for the vehicle as they consider the vehicle is not returned.

My point which i explained to the Supervisor is that, why have someone receiving a vehicle if they cannot make sure they receive the key with the vehicle! Why not have the client drop the car off and put the key in a box. You are paying someone a salary who is not doing their job that they are tasked to do.

The receiving person has a simple job, *check the Mileage *check the fuel *note the damage *receive the car with the keys. If any of those is not done, the person is not capable of doing their job. The Supervisor says that this is a regular occurrence on a Friday as they are busy. Too busy to do their job!

Maybe this is just the easy way to make money by charging customers when the car is not being used when you have *********** staff on your pay roll.
