IRATE CUSTOMER

We hires a vehicle over the weekend(28-30 July 17). Upon returning the vehicle the guy inspecting advised us the driver side lock was damaged. We filled out a motor incident report and advised that we only used the remote to open and close the door and it was parked in a yard with a remote gate. I called to find out about my refund only to be told they holding it because of the damage, which is not any of my doing. I spoke to the manager, Ashika and she advised that the quality controller checked the ehocle and locks and there was no damage..how is that possible when I never used the key to unlock and lock the door. Also the car never left the yard. Of that's the case how come the guys that inspect the vehicle with you have to be told what to investigate. And does it take a week to investigate? I was never informed about the wait for my refund. I am very annoyed as I received no feedback and needed to use my tome to call only to be told that my deposit is being withheld. I want my deposit to be in my account by the latest this week otherwise I will escalate it to the directors and get my lawyer involved.
