I have been a client of Europcar from 2011 until yesterday when I received an invoice where I was charged R150 for having Code 10 drivers licence. When i went to fetch the car these cost are not mentioned and you later disciver them when you receive an invoice. I called the call centre and i was that in the last year Code 10 drivers were the ones who had most crashes. WHy are you putting everyone in the same basket? Just because the other drivers crash your cars does this mean that everyone of us falls under that category? This is ************ business practice. By charging that R150 how does it solve or prevent accidents by CODE 10 drivers , please explain?
