Inflating costs and being greedy.

I have recently rented a car twice from Europcar N1 City. The 1st time, they charged me R400 for an additional driver. When they phoned me to confirm to say there is no charge for 1 additional driver, only when there is a 3rd driver. When I rented a car again, I questioned this. Only then they fixed it. This time, there was a few hair's from my dog that must have transferred to the front seat. This time they are charging me R320 for a half a valet. This is ridiculous. If I had known a few hair's was such an issue, I would have taken it to my local car was for a wash and vacuum for half the price. I rented allot of car for business and pleasure. They can take their R320 once off, but they will never see me again.
