Incorrect info on Internet Qoutation VS Actual at Europcar
I have on the 10 March 2018 booked a vehicle through Europcar for my visit to South Africa for period: 12 March 2018 to 24 March 2018 at a Guaranteed price of ZAR4509-02 . On the quotation it also mentioned that there must be deposit which needs to be paid. It says the deposit will be blocked on my credit card but not collected. Hence the total cost to be authorised on the credit card(including the deposit) will be: ZAR9772-17.
On picking up the vehicle, the deposit all of a sudden changed, and Europcar took ZAR14673-23 from my credit card. I have asked why, and the consultant told me that the internet quotes have a problem, SO I have told her, that whose problem is that(IT DEFINITELY IS NOT MY PROBLEM). I unfortunately had no choice and had to take the vehicle, as I had my family with me, and we needed to begin our journey.
So I would like to find out when will the deposit of ZAR10164-21 be refunded back to me?
Also, could Europcar, please rectify there internet quotations, as this puts customers in a situation.
Good day,
