*********** people working in Recovery department! Or maybe they recovered this money from 3rd party and got my excess??!!

<p>Rented car in from P.E. December 2015. Someone else drove into us. I was told that I would pay excess and europcar will claim the money back from 3rd party. 18/01/16 Contact claim dept. received all paperwork (Kgaugelo - brilliant employee) for claim, I was asked for details for 3rd party claim - gave all I got 18th, I was told to contact Bobbie-Lee from recovery dept. withing 30days. 24/02/16 No reply from Bobbie Lee and no answering phone calls and no reply to emails. 07/03/16 Kgaugelo refer me to Lynsey. 09/03.16 Lynsey asked for 3rd party details again and some details not asked before. 23/03/16 Asked for update no response. 18/04 phoned and was told that Bobbie-Lee and Lynsey are not working there anymore. I was refered to Gloria, who said she'll follow up and reply, no reply. 21/04 Phone Gloria again said she'll follow up and phone back. We are now on 24/05 and I have not had one call from europcar to confirm what is going on. Just empty promises!!! Like I said how would I know If Europcar didnt take my excess and kept the 3rd party claim, they had all the details to do this?! And not one person has been professional enough to tell me whats going on??!! </p>
