<p>I booked a automatic luxury vehicle for pick up on the 13 th January 2017 at Lanseria airport , I called earlier in the day to confirm my car would be ready for me at 9 that night , I was promised the vehicle would be there for me. When I pitch up at 9 o clock that evening at Lanseria after my flight , I am told that they have a hyundai for me and they apologise. !!!!!!!! What absolute thrash is that . and they cant do anything to assist I am stuck with that vehicle I have not hired , I find them so pathetic being a big coperate company , and I could not do anything but be stranded there at the aiport with my wife and 2 small babies!!! I basically was held at ransom to take what they had available !!! pathetic</p>
