Impeccable Service

Emma, the first lady I dealt with at the Europcar Braamfontein branch was such a sweetheart. She made me understand every phase of the process and kept communicating with me while I waited for my hired car. At some point I had to go to their offices and that lady was super helpful and kind. I appreciate how she didn't take the trauma that I had gone through. You're amazing sisi!

I also dealt with Nasiphi from Braamfontein branch, now that was another stressful process for me but she was so patient, so understanding and worked around my requirements! There was a point where I felt like I wanted to burst into tears because of how I felt but for some reason Nasiphi and I burst into laughter over the phone because that's how accommodating and comforting her assistance was!
