I rented a car from your branch at King Shaka. I just received notice from my bank that you have deducted R429.65 from my account which I did not authorize. This is tantamount to *****. I was not sent an invoice, and no one called me. It cannot possibly be for fuel as we filled up the car just before dropping it off. I am going to alert my bank that this is a ********** transaction. I will never use your service again, and will caution everyone I know against using your car hire service.
