I would like to write a review about Europcar Downtown Bloemfontein

I would like to write a review about Europcar Downtown Bloemfontein. I had very bad service from the Manager Daleen. She was very rude and when I got upset, she threatened that she will black list me to never get a car rented from any other rental company. She always has a bad attitude with customers. Eurpocare also deducted R1250 from my R2000 deposit without explanation
