I want my money 💰

First time bad experience, I was ****** plus R2000 of my refund, coming with stories which were not explained to me, im still waiting for my refund of which 2k plus was taken out of the money I'm suppose to get, it's been over a week without receiving my money now....I'm now loosing hope and doubting if I will get my remaining balance after their robbing deductions....I wouldn't advice any to hire a car with europcar Pretoria , rather try other reliable car rentals companies....no communication until I initiated one after the termination 🚮🚮🚮 ,I'm convinced that the trick they used on me is how they rob people of their money
