I actually like to complain I have rented a car on the 2nd May and returned it on the 5th on good condition, according to the contract the held up R5000 from my credit card and was told they will release it as soon as i return the card till date i haven't

I actually like to complain I have rented a car on the 2nd May and returned it on the 5th on good condition, according to the contract the held up R5000 from my credit card and was told they will release it as soon as i return the card till date i haven't got the R 5000 back ,I have already paid them what was due to them but still they don't want to release my funds .I have proof that I have been following up with them they always telling me that I should wait for 47hours
