How do you manage to fill an already full tank?????
<p>I advised my brother from the UK to hire a car from Europcar, never again will I make that mistake!!! He filled the tank to the brim at the sky garage at OR Tambo airport and drove it down the ramp to return the car. He was charged a further R56.65 for fuel and to add insult to injury R20 fuelling service fee!!!! He is back in the UK and emailed Europcar and surprise surprise no response. I would like to know why he was charged for fuel on an already full tank.</p>
