Horrific

Very condescending! I had an accident and I immediately paid the waiver amount I signed and acknowledged upon collection. I got a statement of the amount due to me, months later I decide to follow up and I am suddenly being held liable for costs I was never made aware of. I don’t recall any other rental car companies doing this. I won’t begin to mention the customer service team, I would call and hold only for them not to get back to me.
