Horrible ****ming service from Europcar Rental company

I had a very terrible service from Europcar Rental company, they never refunded me my rental fee and they keep saying that the amount is no longer on pending status but it's still not showing on my bank statement thus the balance never changed to reflect that my money is now available for use.

I am really frustrated to say the least about the service I have received and their agents keeps on transferring me to another.

I hate this company and will never ever again use their services ever again, sooo horrible. Over a month now but still not getting my refund and no valid reason provided as to what really happened with my money they just keep on lying, they are just a ****!!!
