HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Europa car called me to pick up a car and they told me that they close at 20H00. When i arrived at 18h20, there was one in the office , i contacted an emergency number the guy responded that he will attend me at 20h30 because he is at home, i told him that their head office said they close at 20h00 he responded that they were fooling me there is no such thing. the attitude and the lies. they don't have a manner of approach they don't take their clients serious. even the guy who was assisting me from Head Office by the name of Moe, had a very bad attitude. will never ever use their services and also advise anyone who might think of using them to stay far away from these people otherwise they will find themselves in deep stressful situation.
