Holding My Wife’s Refund Illegitimately

Europcar is unfairly holding my wife’s refund hostage over a pre-existing rim scratch that was already marked on the collection sheet. Now, they conveniently deny it and refuse to release the full refund. This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice. Seems to be the Modus Operandi of Europcar South Africa.
