Hearless europcar hybrid business

Europcar hybrid is deducting my money for almost two years now .They claimed that I owe them money of which they don't even understand the amount, sometimes they say it's R800, sometimes they say R500 and sometimes they say R900 I don't know anymore what this money is for please help
