Great service

I would like to extend my gratitude and commend Tebogo Kubheka (Call Centre Agent) for the excellent service that he has provided me. I booked a 41 day rental and he gave me the best price and was so patient with me when I would do 100 changes to my quotation. At day 31 of the rental we had to return the car and process a new rental. I emailed him to get him to explain how the process would work. Within minutes he had contacted me. He is such a lovely soul to work with. He is always calm and polite. I hope that Europcar appreciates the work he does.
