Good morning I wish to lodge a complaint against Europcar company
Good morning I wish to lodge a complaint against Europcar company. When I returned their vehicle I filled with a full tank of R500.00 petrol at the drop off place. Europcar then charged me with an unreasonable R200+ petrol as well as what they call petrol service. My complaint is declined without any explanation. Please assist.
