Going the extra mile!

Shout out to Jammie (i hope my spelling is correct) from Europcar Claremont (Western Cape) Branch. I dropped of my car around 4pm on the 31st October. My phone had just died and I needed to get myself an Uber back home. I also did not have a charger. Unlike at the airport, there are no cabs waiting for people around this branch because its in the city. Jammie went above and beyond to assist me. He went as far as to download the Uber app (he didn't even have the app because he doesn't need it in his personal capacity but he downloaded it to help customer. I was impressed). Thank you Jammie. I was in real trouble that day and it could have take me hours to get home if you had not assisted me. Keep up the good work.
