Going that rare EXTRA Mile

<p>In todays times, good service is rare and my experience with Europcar recently gave me hope that there are still some people whom love their job and offer service levels rarely experienced. Isla Ratcliff from Port Elizabeth has now on the second occassion gone way out of her way to assist me with a request. Isla is always friendly and courteous every time I phone her and has always delivered what promised or in fact has delivered more than expected. Damion in East London has been an absolute STAR being really freindly and helpful every time I got the that branch. Just this last Friday, Damion re invented going the extra mile which is sincerely appreciated. Europcar and any other Companies need more people like Isla and Damion.</p>
