GIVE MY MONEY BACK

<p>I hired a car through dial direct who was my insurance. Firstly they told me that they will cover everything now Europcar is deducting some fees for milage.THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. They need a statement. When i sent the statement, they didnt call back now 2 months later it needs to be stamped.</p> <p>Imagine this. Its not small change. we speaking thousands. dont ever hire a car from them.</p>
