From anger to a smile

<p>My insurance organised a vehicle at the Lanseria branch of Europcar. When I got there they refused to hand over the car because the insurance never informed them that the owner of the policy and the regular driver differed. I went totally ballistic. I shouted and threw an extreme tantrum. Half an hour from leaving empty handed Europcar called and said that I can indeed collect the vehicle. To the personnel, the black lady and the two Indian gentleman at the branch and the black gentleman and the Indian lady at Europcar head office. You were superb. Even as I lost my mind you stayed the course and delivered. Well done!</p>
