Friendly Service above Normal
On two occasions at Europcar I have had the pleasant pleasure of dealing with Alviera who has always been friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The most recent was Tuesday the 4th of August and the time before was late June. Most levels of service in our country today are shocking so to have someone like Alviera representing Europcar is a huge plus as she offers a service which is not often experienced anymore. Companies need more people like Alviera.
