Friendliness and being courteous will cost you nothing

I have been using Eurpocar for many years now and have always been delighted by friendly and efficient staff. I was however not impressed with the way that Tasha handled me this morning when I requested a different car (King Shaka Airport). She did not respond, pulled her face and walked away. When she eventually returned she gave me the keys for a different car and just mumbled the bay nr (which I could not even hear and it was not written on the paper). I did tell her that I could see that she was not impressed with me requesting a different car but that her pulling a face and just walking off without even commenting was not acceptable. She denied this and made no effort to remedy the situation or treat me professionally. I was not even greeted when I left. This is definitely not the experience I'm used to.
