I hired a car in the year 2016 a Hyundai accent, was traveling from kimberley to Welkom, I damaged the car because there was a hailstorm in Welkom and it was not under undercover parking. I accepted the responsibility to pay and I paid up what was due over 3months as I asked for it to be debit order over 3months and I paid it up, with proof available

Now in the year 2019 I am called to say I am owing Europcar and the amount has been handed over to the lawyers, mind you I have not been contacted this whole year only now in November they are saying I owe them. That is totally unacceptable because I was wrongly listed on the credit bereau because of such incidences It is wrong for them to wrongfully take such actions. I am willing to sue Europcar for wrongfully accusing them of owing them and even going to the extent of handing a non-existant account to the lawyers My name is Lindiwe Confidence Matebula and I have been mistreated by Europcar and I am willing to take the matter further
