********** CHARGES BY EUROPCAR

I had booked a car for a famaily vacation at George Airport using my voyager miles. Received all booking confirmations and needed to pay R2310.00 deposit. At the George Airport branch of Europcar, this all changed to R3500.00 deposit, which I had to pay. Then I received R2182.00 back from my deposit. Upon quering this, the invoice showed that Europcar charged me R1244.00 for the vehicle rental, as well as the 33000 voyager miles deducted. So I am charged double, getting ****** in broad daylight without any justification from Europcar. So, they think I will lose R1300.00 just like that, their ***** will be exposed.
