I rented a vehicle from Europcar Randburg from 27 July 2015 to 7 August 2015.<br> Of the R3039 deposit paid, only R2688.20 was refunded to me.<br> Evans, the Europcar agent, informed me that the expenses were for filling the tank and dropping me off.<br> I however did fill up the vehicle before returning it. I also did not asked to be dropped off but was offered the service, without informing me of the additional cost involved. I asked for an invoice for the supposed charges, which was never provided. <br> I have just learnt that a further R220 was deducted from my credit card on 14 October 2015 without any notification, invoice or explanation.<br> I expect to be refunded the R332.67 from August plus the R220 from October.<br> Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
