<p>I rented a car trough my insurance from europcar and I did ask for the wheel cover and everything, when they were supposed to come and collect the car on the 1St of september, no one called me or had any means of contacting me, they only called me on the 5th and arranged that they wil com pick the car up on the 6th but I was still not at home as I was working. But I told them they can get the car as there will be someone at home, now at the end of the month they deducted almost R2900 from my account for damages which there was none off except for the wheel cap which fell off immediately after I took the car the 1st, when I got home it was off. This is unacceptable and I wil NOT just let it be!! I will take it further!!</p>
