*****alent Refuelling Invoice from Europcar - AGAIN!

I am again disgusted with the service and especially the invoice received from Europcar! This is the 2nd time that I am being charged for "refuelling" even though I filled the car at the BP just some 500m away from the Cape Town International Airport.

I assume that there is some fruadalent transactions taking place regarding the refuelling, but I will not accept this practice from Europcar!

I have taken a photo of the dashboard of the rental car at the time that I returned the car to their premises at the Airport. From their invoice the km reading is the same as what is shown in my photo. I also have the BP fuel slip to show that the car was refuelled.

There is just no response from Europcar or no excuse for this!
