***** used with my name and need feed back from your office for a claim against me

On the 09/07/2021 I received an email from a Gloria van zyl from your office stating that I owe your company an amount of R3391.78 and jokingly I asked her if she is truly pulling my leg and should not send me such email only for an invoice to be emailed to me with an amount of R3478.00 claimed being claimed from me. 1st rental dates are 04/06/2021 to 27/06/2021 contract number :*** Acc no:***7 document no:***5. I did not hire any vehicle from any company including yourselves on those days, it has been years since I last hired a vehicle. I'm glad the vehicle was even brought back because this would have been pinpointed to me as well. My drivers license expired in March 2021 and till date has not been re-newed due to the bad natis system of booking a date. I did give this information to Gloria and even sent a copy of the last time I tried to re-new my license. I have been trying to get her to give me feedback on this because I need to report this to the police and I am not getting any response from her at all or am I being ****med again after my identity being used. Can someone please check up on this and come back to me with exactly what's happening here because I want and need to know. I would like to see who signed for this as the rental agreement would have this information and I believe a copy of that persons it would have been taken. I was told by Gloria that this is under investigation can I get feedback please.
