It has been over a week since I sent the below email without response from Europcar, I find your service to be shocking, but the worst part is that you have taken my money.

********** 3

"Hi,

Please pass this email on to the most relevant contact if this is the incorrect channel.
I have received this invoice (attached) from Europcar concerning my rental over the weekend.

It is completely incorrect with respect to the kilometers driven. I was given a Kia Rio on Thursday, the car stopped working on Friday night, I had to wait for almost two hours for the car to be replaced with ANOTHER vehicle.
I had no more than 500km combined with both vehicles and I refuse to be charged R1800+ on the invoice. There is no way I drove over 1400km as the furthest I went in the three days was Stellenbosch.

The second incorrect item is the refueling, R500 for what? We only used a quarter of the tank on the replacement car, this needs to be realigned as well?

If anything, Europcar owes me for the frustration and issues related to YOUR car breaking down, but I am reasonable.
So please can Europcar be reasonable and refrain from charging me "extra" kilometers driven which is crazy?

Please get back to me as soon as possible as I will be pursuing the this further.

Regards"
