Europcar has ********** added refuelling charges to my account on two occasions. <br> <br> On both occasions the car was refueled at the Petrol station near the Airport where the car was returned, the first being at the George Airport and the second being at the Port Elizabeth Airport. <br> <br> Europcar has added a cost of R41.45 on the 1st rental and R63.40 +R15.00 (refuelling charge).<br> <br> The above charges indicate that 3lt and 6 lt of petrol were added to an already full tank, which is impossible. <br> <br> Both of these amounts are incorrect and have been **********ly added. <br> <br> Please resolve this matter urgently by refunding your ******* charges.

Refuelling is a standard procedure to insure the next renter gets a full take of fuel, we have given you the benefit of the doubt and refunded the refuelling charge and fuel service fee back into your account.
