False website pricing

Europ car's booking service is false advertising. After booking a car for 7 days with a price of R1249 as my total on the website, I was happy that I recieved such a good price. After not receiving a confirmation email I phoned asking about it and they confirmed all my details and that my Price has now changed to R3490, after speaking to several different people who all just say they dont know and passes the blame to someone els. The only info I could get was that website price and phone prices are different.

Europe cars complete arrogance to my questions and passing the buck seems normal to them. Never use Europe car
