False claims, deducting money to repair their car.

Europcars made false claims. They deducted money to repair a car that was already mark damaged according to the original damage check form. We hired a Chevy Spark from the Cape town branch at the airport on the 17th of February. The car already had some scratches and dents marked on the original vehicle quality check form. We went for a doctor's appointment and then back to the airport. I know for a fact there were no bumps or extra scratches on the car. If that was the case I would have declared it when I took the car back. There was no explanation from them or any transparency of what was damaged they just send us a bill and deducted extra money. I also phoned their service desk 3 times in the past week and every time they promise to send me a mail so that I can send them a copy of the original vehicle quality check form. I haven't received any mail at all. I will never in my life hire a car from Europcars again. This experience is turning into a nightmare and I would advise anyone to not use their services. I'm down R2500.00 plus and nobody is helping me or explaining what is going on. Stay away from them.
