False claim from Europcar OR Tambo airport

Europcar rental is claiming an accidental repair that never happened. They never called me, their communication was through SMS and they have handed the matter to the attorneys . The car is fitted with telematics technology that can detect impact, made a follow up with them and they promised to investigate further, but instead they handed my case to the attorneys
