Extra charges that are not stipulated in the quote!!!

Booked a car via Kulula, the voucher has the total cost as R243. After receiving the invoice, Europcar charge additional fees for admin, and different location surcharge which was not stipulated when you get the quote (even after selecting different pick-up and drop-off locations). The additional charges is double the rate from the voucher. Rather use Thrifty where there are no hidden costs.
