Expensive kilometers

Qoutations at headoffice comes with R2.17 per kilometer, but charged R3.56 or more when you return the vehicle. I have been waiting for almost two months for my query to be looked by Management. I am a regular customer and I deserve to be attended to. There are alternative businesses, but I prefer their services, is just that they are over charging now
