Excellent service

We hired a car at Cape Town International Airport. Due to the vast majority of very negative reviews on all car hire companies, I was wary about hiring and did not book online. We decided to not use the cheapest car hire company but a more well known company. The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and professional. Everything went very smoothly including dropping of the car the next morning before 05h00. The deposit which was debited on the credit card was repaid a day after returning the car. I will definitely use Europcar again. Thank you for the excellent service.
