Excellent service

<p>About 20 minutes after dropping off a hire car at Europ Assist ORT on Sa****ay afternoon (18 June), I discovered that my cellphone had been left behind in the car. When I returned to the Europ Assist kiosk, the staff showed immediate concern and asked for details. Phone calls were made and within a few minutes I was informed that the car had been taken to their depot, and a call to the depot indicated that the driver had already left for the day. The staff looked up the vehicle on the system to check identification, and then took me to the depot to search the vehicle. The depot security staff assisted in searching the vehicle, but nothing was found. On return to the kiosk, the supervisor took my details, and promised to check the next morning with the driver. All this was done in 45 minutes before my flight from ORT!</p> <p> </p> <p>The supervisor (Elias) then called my wife the next day to indicate that the phone had been found. The phone was then collected the following day.</p> <p> </p> <p>The concerned, helpful, efficient and courteous assistance from all the vehicle receiving staff at Europ Assist can only be commended. Well done, guys!</p> <p> </p>
